Welcome to the Serpentshrine Caverns elevator boss. This elevator kills many, many players, and everyone giggles about it. After much thought, I am convinced it's because people are too busy staring at what's under their feet and thus not at where they are running.
Personally, I like to stand right in the center of the fish's mouth—makes me feel like a pipe!
