Poor Taint. For exactly that reason, Blizz has hit him twice for a character re-name. Luckily, he's explained his piece and hasn't needed to change his toon's name, but still. We all just couldn't stop laughing about it!

One night, a few of us guildies went into a SoO LFR together. Berd was tanking on his baby tank, and we were in vent leading the group (even though the rest of the group didn't know this). At one point, this guy starts giving out orders, wanting Lead, etc, and really, half of what he said made no sense. Naturally, we ignored him.
However, I had to save this one bit of the conversation for posterity. Because, really, it needed to be saved.

Here are some screen caps I've taken of our random conversations in Guild Chat.
In all honesty, if it wasn't for the people in my guild, who make me smile and laugh, the people who tease and joke and whine, and yes, sometimes they even make me want to tear my hair out, I would not still be playing WoW.
It's the people. The conversations. There are ups and downs in every guild, but really, if you didn't care about these people, it wouldn't affect you.

The Pen is 'Mightier' Than the Sword
Well, that is what she said, but this is what he said...
Just to give you a better understanding, he said 'ms' referring to me, the player. Then he figured since I was on my male 'toon (whom I roleplay as being very manly and virile, etc, so poor Octavien is always being mocked by everyone in guild because of this), he humored my usual roleplaying style...
I was AFK though, so when I came back to my desk, I could not stop laughing, and had to screenshot it for posterity. This came out of the screenshot folder today when I was sorting my hundreds of photos to make a bit of space... ;)
Thank you Mighty, for being the playful, intellectual type—it's refreshing and fun. Definitely appreciated! :)

Usually, I hate pugs. But this one had me glowing! /grin
Tank asked me "Can you keep up heals?" after first boss, which I took negatively, because you know, pugs. And everyone had run away before the boss dropped loot, so I looted (because I can't help it). But really, as I've said before, can't judge tone through type. He was actually asking if I could keep up. He was just chain pulling massive groups of mobs in Temple of the Jade Serpent.
Right before the Lorewalker Stonestep encounter, LoS issues as he ran around corners and down stairs, and I don't know how many mobs, seemed like at least a dozen, I was actually amazed that no one died! He said "Epic Heals". Wow, yay!
Afterwards, in the courtyard, before the Liu Flameheart encounter, he pulled everything, but only poor Viag died. (This was due to too many purple puddles with melee standing in the middle of, and Viag's daughter playing with his phone irl.)
That's when I got this:
"Pro", did you see that? Haha, WOOT!
Octavien did his little, internal dance of joy.
Then, right at the end before the group disbanded, I screen capped this one too for posterity.
Because, you know, Octavien needs a bit of moral-boosting, considering he's always under our raid's epic healers.

Morning Rendez-Vous
Where to begin? Teniah. Considered as my evil twin for being a cat-eating warlock (as opposed to just a warlock), Teniah and I go way, way back. I'm talking Burning Crusade end-content. Originally, we met while raiding with Savage Darkness, and he really stood out for the new guy—he was determined to wand the bosses after dotting them, so as not to pull aggro off the tank which also happened to be the guild's GM. Hahaha. We still laugh about that.
Anyway, last night I was in the AQ area shooting some screen caps of my tier 2.5 set for Anou's fashion blog and was playing around with emotes to get something suitable, when Ten whispered me. After I post this, I'm logging in, with my coffee on my desk beside me, to meet him. ;)

A New Font: Feast
Next raid night...
First of all, Pallyblood made all these Great Feasts, spending his day slaughtering animals to make them. Secondly, he put them all down before raid to bring the guild Dinner Party achievement closer to fulfillment. But really, do I need to say how "frakken" sweet it was of him to write that out? It was his own idea, Anou had nothing to do with it. Mothia added his own touch by placing that bright white circle in the "o" and letting it bloom. Very pretty. Thanks boys! ;)
